1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
✅ A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
✅ The product must have been purchased directly from OPENXCITY (orders from third-party retailers are not eligible)
✅ The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and components

If your product does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

✅ Used or installed refrigerators
✅ Items purchased on final sale or with promotional discounts
✅ Damaged items caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

✅ Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days
✅ PayPal or Digital Wallet Refunds: Typically completed within 3-5 business days
✅ Store Credit: Available immediately after the return is approved

Please note: Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.

✅ If the requested replacement is out of stock, we may offer a full refund or store credit instead.
✅ Exchanges follow the same return conditions as outlined above.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Order Cancellations

✅ If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees
